My journey began during the early iPhone era - a time when mobile ecosystems were just taking shape. Building applications then taught me how to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.

At WorkLLama, I led iOS platform development, driving product strategy and execution. I accelerated feature delivery by 30% and scaled the platform to 6+ enterprise clients — balancing the speed of a startup with the reliability demanded by enterprise systems.

Before that, at Signify (formerly Philips Lighting), I managed global product teams under the SAFe framework, integrating analytics and automation into development processes and improving collaboration across time zones.

My MBA from IIM Bangalore added a strategic lens to my hands-on experience helping me connect market dynamics, user insights, and execution priorities.

What drives me is the intersection of technology capability and user value finding where complex systems can create simple, meaningful experiences. I believe effective product leaders act as translators: turning user problems into technical solutions, business goals into actionable priorities, and individual effort into collective success.

My aim is to keep learning, leading, and building products that shape the way people work and connect.

I joined IIM Bangalore eager to explore the world of business and it proved transformational. It boosted my confidence in learning new disciplines and tackling challenges. Sharing the classroom with sharp, driven peers was a privilege. More than just skills, the MBA helped me reflect, smooth out rough edges, and take a more value-driven approach to work and life.

Robosoft Technologies was my first professional home and one of the few companies at the time developing for the rapidly growing Apple ecosystem. I started with Mac applications and later transitioned to iOS development. Along the way, I mentored new joiners and worked closely with managers to understand requirements, grow my skills, and consistently deliver quality products.
